That's happened to all of them. Look at Clinton at the beginning versus the end of his presidency. People do age over 4 to 8 years. Especially when you have one of the most stressful jobs in the world.

I think the stress of the job ages the President. I noticed the same thing with the last few presidents.

The presidency is proven to take years from your life. Ford would have died at 110. Clinton will die of a heart attack soon. Regean would never have gotten ill.
The job is just dangerous! Ask Lincoln.

I think if you look back, nearly every President looks like they age about twice as fast as normal.
I doubt any of us can even begin to understand the stress of that job.
I sure as hell wouldn't want the job.
