i'm shopping online on barnes & noble and i'm going to buy a book that is $5 (my e-gift certificate is worth $5) i was wondering if barnes & noble has you pay shipping also to ship a book to your house?

Yes you pay shipping.

If you choose standard shipping on qualifying items charges are waved on orders of 25$ or more.

i just checked the site and there is shipping and you most likely cannot use the certificate in the store only online. but they do have an option where you can pay any balance on the phone, its call pay by phone.
