Yes - I believe John Glenn 'went around the world' 3 times in 88 min 29 secs.

If you are perhaps referring to retracing the route made famous by Jules Verne in his book(Around the World in 80 Days), that is doable as well.

first you have to define what do you mean by the world? do you mean every country around the world? if yes then it is impossible
