I have been taking my birth control about every other day, how likely is it that i am pregnant? My husband and i have been having sex a lot more often than usual but i don't remember if we did it around the time i would have ovulated. I have been PMSing EXTREMELY bad for the past week like i usually do, but i didn't get the cramps that i normally get when i PMS.
Im going to take a test today but im just anxious as i am waiting for my hubby to get home so i can run to the store

Well you KNOW its a possibility or your wouldn't bother taking it to start with, would you? lol. Even if you're not pregnant, taking your pills so irregularly would cause you to have cramps worse with no bleeding. Got to take them pills regular or use something else.

Taking your birth control pills every other day isn't enough to keep from getting pregnant. It's very very possible. I would go ahead and take the test. Try to hold you urine for as close to four hours before you take the test. Which I know may be hard but do hold it for as long as possible so your urine will be more concentrated with the pregnancy hormone if you are pregnant. Try not to drink too much water because it will make your urine watered down. In this case, you want your urine to be as yellow as possible. Not clear. Hope this helps.

Yes, you definately need to get a test, but not taking your birth control the right way can also make your period haywire. If you can't remember to take the pill ask your doctor about the patch.

I think you may be but you should go to the doc. to make sure that you do not have anything worry with your body. Sometime when you do not take the pills the right way it can help with getting pregnant and sometime it can hurt you intern

Even if you took the pill everyday, you could still be pregnant, not as likely but still pregnant. Seen as you took it everyother day there is a chance that you are pregnant. I hope everything works out for you!! Good Luck!!

its a good chance, my best friend got pregnant off birth control. Not taking it can lead to messed up cycles as well

well i dont know why you'd take the pill ever other day, because when i was on the pill i would miss my period that month if i skipped a pill, if your trying to get pregnant why are you on the pill??
if your not going to take the pill the right way, don't take it at all
