When I go to kiss my husband he won't kiss me back, telling me that I caught him off gurad. Its annoying becuase I want to kiss him! THEN when I AM leasting expecting it, he will try and make out with me or get sexual. I won't kiss him becuase its not fair how its always on his time. Why doesn't he want to kiss me when I want to kiss him, but he is all over me when I don't him to be!!! What can I do! Is there anything TO do?

It is the same way with attention. Have you noticed that he will not want to talk with you or show you some affection unless you are taking a bath or checking your email, etc? When you try to show him attention he does not want it. Everything has to be on mens' terms. If you want him to kiss you, start writing out a grocery list.

All successful, happy relationships depend on compromises. Such things as you mentioned about kissing for example is only one way of showing deep affection. Sexual advances are also a very positive form of affection in almost every cases and should never be discounted. My wife and I have ben very happy for over twenty five years and never kissed but we are both very happy,affectionate people who love each other deeply. Is It possible that you are being unfair? Think about it.

He wants to be in control. My guess is that he probably was hurt in a past relationship and wants to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Men are funny creatures. when they get hurt, they don't talk it out - they just react.
don't make yourself too available all the time. make him work for you a little bit. see if this brings him around.

Well that does sounds like he has an issue? Have you tried talking to him about it? And you are right it is not fair that you have to make out with him when he wants yo , but not when you want to???
