Custody orders are for children to fly back to Florida to live with their father. They are 15 & 16 years & refuse to get on plane. Small detail- father is in violation of court order by having them leave from different airport then is ordered. I need to find case studies where children @ 15 & 16 were able to refuse to get on plane. Please help

See a lawyer. At that age they can make their decisions on their own where they choose to live and visit. But you will need a lawyer.

I highly doubt there is case law with respect to not getting on a plane. I would say, however, that at 15 and 16 they should be old enough to decide if they want to go or not, but then you will have to make a motion to have the current order varied.

Contact your local county court house and ask for the info you are looking for. You can contact "Child Protective Services" for your county and ask them to help you find the answers you are looking for. You can call a 1-800 line to ask an attorney, many have one, and ask for some resources. You can call a Juvenile judges office and ask for help from his secretary. I hope I was some help, good luck !
