If it is not a really busy time in a big city, you can get one just by waving at it as it goes by as long as it has its light on. Otherwise, in a small city, or during a busy time like the weekend in a big city, you would be better off to call for one.

i dont really have to since i live in SugarLand, Texas.. but when we go out of town & stuff and i have to.. i just stand on the street -- like near the curb and wave. lol
