I thought all of your questions were enlightening and [with the exception of the stupid answers] educational. Thanks - You seem to know your baseball !!!

I did not read your list but I have one of my own. Would Rizzuto be in the Hall of Fame if he were not a Yankee? The regular selection committee passed over him lots of times. I think he got in because of his likability and his broadcasting career (which was bizarre). From all accounts he was nice guy but that does not get you into the Hall of Game, or at least it should not.

unsure but all of Rizzuto's calls along with his interviews were always interesting. He was an all time great who will surely be missed. Perhaps the greatest color commentator for baseball of all time

I'm just glad to have Phil remembered here and everywhere. He was a classic and he will be missed.

Although I didn't answer it, I thought the one about quotes or stories involving Rizutto was the most interesting.
