Bill Clinton was a good President.
I think Hillary will do more damage than W has, what are your thoughts?

At this point, I don't care who will be the next president, just as long as they come up with a credible solution to get our troops out of Iraq without another terrorist attack on American soil. Enough is enough is enough!

This country survived 8 years of Bill Clinton so it would not be too bad. I'm not a Hillary supporter by any means and I hate to admit it but she is the best candidate the Democrats have. It would be much worse if Obama or Edwars were to end up being president.

It would be terrible. Bill Clinton WAS NOT a good President. He took credit for things he didn't do, just because he was there. The prosperous times during the administration were inherited by him from the Bush Sr and Regan administrations.
Some of his actions helped lead the country in to the dark times we are in now. Here's a couple of examples:

He gave nuclear technology to the North Korean government.

He was offered Osama Bin Laden on a silver platter, but did nothing.

Clinton signed the largest tax increase in the history of our country in his first half of his first term. Thankfully the GOP took control of both houses and got things under control.

I'll leave it at that, as those consequences are obvious. We don't even need bother Discussing Whitewater or Monica. Just remember that Hillary was in just as deep with whitewater as Bill.

As for Hillary, it's quite funny how she spoke loudly about the dangers and knowledge of Sadam having chemical weapons and harboring terrorists, only to change her tune now that the war has become unpopular.

It's also quite funny that she had to move to NY to get in to the senate on the shirt tails of chuckie Schummer instead of running in Arkansas, where she lived, or Illinois, where she was from.

It's also quite funny all the things she says she'll do when she is president, running on misconceptions of people who don't really know how government works. A President is not an omni-powerful being that can do what ever they want at a raise of their hand. Presidents are only executives who approve or veto measures. The state of the nation is largely in the hands of The Congress, The Senate, Top Military Officials and is at the mercy of the world economy and state of affairs.

The thought of Hillary being President is quite scary indeed. It has nothing to do with the fact that she's female. I'd fully supported Dr. Rice, had she decided to run and she's both female and black. neither of those issues mean anything. I'd vote for her because she has the integrity, knowledge and experience to do a good job.

The only more contradictory person to reciently run for president besides Hillary, was John Kerry, and this nation would be FAR worse off with him than W.

W is certainly not the best president we've ever had, but is certainly not the worst. Bill Clinton might fall in to that catagory though. Democrats besides Clinton that fall into this catagory are: Martin Van Buren, Franklin Pierce, James Buchanan(Scholars consistently rank him as one of the two or three worst American presidents), and Woodrow Wilson.

In the history of the Democratic party, I can only think of three presidents of the party that were actually good for the nation. Those would be FDR, Truman, and Kennedy. Greats of the GOP include Lincoln, Mckinley, T. Rosevelt, Eisenhower and Regan. Coolidge and Hoover did alot for this country, but are seldom rememebered for it because they served durring the great depression, when your beloved dems kept pointing out to the poor and un educated that it was all the president's fault. Everyone who paid attention in history knows it was caused by greed and excesss of corporate america.

Last but not least, choke on this. Bush Sr handed Clinton an economy on a steady 5% increase. By the time W was elected, the economy was already in decline due to clinton administration policies.

WAKE UP AMERICA !!!

Man what planet have you been living on? Bill Clinton signed the largest tax increase in the history of this country within his first two years. Thank GOD the republicans took control of both houses and stopped all that madness.

I would actually hope that she would win if both houses were republican led. That way the battle between the parties could stay in DC and the rest of the country could just move on. Like the last 6 years of Clinton's admin.

But as far as him being a good president, he was and still is a sexual disgrace. That black eye he gave the office of the president will live on for many generations.

while in her first 2 terms, making it official for another

Hard to say, I mean just because shes president doesn't mean she can do everything, if there is a Republican congress they will block a lot of things, and Sen Clinton might try to be more moderate to get reelected and might take advice from fmr President Clinton so they could be similar, but its hard to say, and depending on other things that happen from now to then

Bill Clinton was not a good President. He was one of the worst. Tell me what he did that was good. He raised taxes, got a BJ, then let the economy slip into recession.

Mrs. Clinton would wreck our economy and ruin our health care system, if she had her way.

Shes a feminist that doesn't believe in the military. So, without a military, where do we stand? She want to hug the enemy, and disarm this country. If she is elected, we haven't seen damage yet.
