I live in Kitchener-Ontario-Canada, and I have been employed at a convinience store. I was accused of stealing money via the lotto machines and when I attempted to ask my boss for proof he threathened me with police. I cant let this go on my record (I might not get a job after if I do) and do not wish to involve police, but still wish to have some of my dignity back. how do I deal with this?
I want to prove to him and my neighbhors I'm not a thief, but I'm eighteen and on my own and if i ruin my record now, i will not be able to get a job and make my payments. However if I do not solve this the other tenants will vote to have me thrown out.

Please help, urgent.

Note: If I have to I will involve the police, I did nothing wrong.

If you are Innocent then you must involve the Police otherwise the suspicion will always remain.
Ask about getting some free legal advice and see about taking a case against you "Boss".

You will have no record, until you have been found guilty in a court of law, for that to happen your Boss must call the Police and make an accusation against you.

If you did nothing wrong there is no need to fear the involvment of the police and it will clear your name.

And in what world can "other tenants" vote to kick you out. There are laws against that type of thing, I mean unless you are violating the terms of your lease, which I highly doubt includes a clause with respect to your criminal record.

Get a labor lawyer for his/her opinion.

I would demand to see the proof, and call the police to have them investigate.
