my gas pedal is to hard to push down. i have a new throttle cable and spring. what type of adjustments must i make to have FULL THROTTLE

I stand behind Bad Seed. Be sure the butterfly shaft if free in the carburetor. The throttle cable support post may need to be bent or adjusted further away from the carb.
Be careful not to over do this as you may wind up bending the carb. shaft if the cable is too short. Inspect the travel of the throttle on the floorboard itself. If the cable is way too long you may need an added piece of sleeve on the end opposite your heal rest to make the total travel of the petal longer.

have a friend step on the gas pedal (with the motor off)
and check to see if the throttle blades are all the way open
if not shorten the cable till they are
