Just wondering if it would damage the chain or sprocket badly, this is for 600cc sportbike by the way

And what is the point of 520 is it suppose to be better than 525? I accidentally bought a 520 so this is why Im asking Ill be getting the 525 soon, but whats the of 520?

No this is not acceptible. You can damage parts and the chain could come off.

You want the correct parts at 150mph +

No, the 520 sproket is slightly narrower than the 525 chain. However, you wouldn't want to use a 535 sproket on a 520 chain.

it will work, probably well enough so that you won't notice it. though your chain will slop from side to side a little. it will cause uneven wear over a shorter amount of time, though if the sprocket is aluminum you will probably have to replace it before you even notice unusual wear cause aluminum sprockets are sh*t.
