I love the name Lexie, but I really dislike the name Alexandria, or anything with Alex in it. Any ideas? I'm not sure if I would want Lexie as a name all by itself. Thanks! Lexie Nicole is such a cute name for a girl.

So you want your daughter to have the nickname lexie but you don't know what name? Well, all I can say is that my name is Alexis and I've been called lexie and my friends name is Alexandra and they called her lexie like it was her real name so I don't know another name for the nickname lexie.

Alexis or Alexa are sweet, but Lexie on it's own is also very nice. I really like the name Lexie Nicole, it's cute!

Lexie is a nickname for Alexandra etc..
However I've heard it used as a first name. Just Lexie. I think it's fine.

Lexie is fine on it's own if you don't like anything with 'alex' in it. It might get a little wierd if you try to be all creative with making up a name to go with Lexie.

I have a cousin that named her daughter Lexine and calls her "Lexi" for short - it is more unique than the other suggestions such as Alexandra and Alexis
