Paper Sales for over 20 years.
Depending on how big of a city you live in, you can find it. Look in the phone book under "Paper Distributers" or "Fine Paper Distributers" or just paper. You will see companies that sell paper to the printing industry. Yes, as stated earlier, Domtar is 1 company but Wausau Papers is another and more widely known. You can find the 11 x 17 (ledger size) easily at these types of stores. When in doubt, call a printer. They like to run 11 x 17 because its quicker for them, so they know where to get it.
Note; you can also use the link below to find a vendor in your area.
Good Luck.

It doesnt make sense size 17 doesnt really exist youre either a 16 or 18 unless she buys an 18 and gets it tailored then maybe she is in between lol. However 9 or 10 in pants maybe she meant shoes ussually youre dress size is bigger but not that much bigger. Like if you wear a 9 or 10 in pants then youre maybe a 12 in dresses. Are you sure she didnt mean she is 17? and wears a 9/10 or she is a shoes size 9 or 10 and wears a size 17? Also 44D thats pretty large she had big breast but her back size is pretty good too based on the details youve given me I say she probably weighs about 250lbs. But hey it depends I am a lil on the chubby size but I have curves so you never know.

Companies such a Domtar make them in every shade you see in the 8.5 x 11. Your best bet is to try and special order it from staples or office depot as ledger is a very hard size to find.
