I turn 18 in a month and I'm moving out. Is there anything i need to do legally to leave, like signing any papers or anything? or can i just go.

No sweetie just make sure you have a job to support your self and some plans you need to make plans and a budget so you won't have to go to your parents for anything if your going to move away and own your own you have to do it right.. the only thing you need is to ask for your birth certificate and your social security card and like I said have plan A and plan B have a job and a budget.. good luck.

At 18, you are legally an adult and can go anywhere you want as long as you have a job and a place to live.

Well, you'd better find a job and have some money saved up before you go. You need a security deposit PLUS your first month's rent to get an apartment anywhere. You have to show you have employment to get a lease. Then, you can just go.

you can go but lord why not ride out living with your parents as long as you can. Rent and bills will hit you hard if you dont have a good enough job. I would recommend staying with parents until college is over and done with.....kids now a days just don't know how good they got it.

Get up and leave, but tell your parents that you really appreciate the years that they have supported you. Don't forget to tell them you still love them because you may need them later on. Good luck to you and enjoy your freedom.
