bc we have lived the past and we have the memory of it and u cant simply just let it go

cause we don't let it go or even try to be away from it since we're always thinking "what if's" all the time

Only when you continue to dwell on your past, and not learn from it, does that happen.

You have to move on. It won't move on until you do.
