I have cell, but, , where some body call , answer mashine respond in first ring,can helping me any body?

This is the wrong section for your question but anyway, there should be an option for it to go to the answering machine after several rings. Check the listings and options on ur phone.

Hi. This can happen if you are out of range and the nearest tower does not pick you up. There may also be a setting in your phone to determine the number of rings which you can change. If all else fails, call the company.
