How to unblock facebook without using proxys.?

You can't do that. The way sites are blocked (both at schools and at work places) is by a server that sits in what's called the DMZ of the network. That server controls whether you can visit the site you want or not. There is nothing on your computer that can change that. I'm sorry, but proxies are the only good way to do this.
