Some people can have one and be safe, but others scare me with one! I have neighbors that should never be allowed to have one!

I own over 20 of them. While you may be fearful of certain people owning a gun, I submit to you that you are in far more danger from certain kind of people owning a car!
I've got guns that my father owned and have been the family for more than 50 years and have killed or even shot at anybody. I was brought up to respect human life and to respect authority as well. I'm an avid shooter and was my units marksmanship instructor when in I was in the Army.
So hopefully I'd fall into the category of people that wouldn't make you nervous. But watch out for those idiots out on the freeway!

Yes I do. I have a Remington 870 (12-gauge) shotgun, a Dan Wesson (not Smith and Wesson) .357 magnum with a 6" barrel, and a Ruger 9mm.
My husband has 7 deer rifles, 3 shotguns, and 2 pistols. A person would be in for a rude awakening if they tried to come into my house. They would catch an immediate case of lead poisoning.
Oh yea, I almost forgot.......I've also got a baseball bat......just in case there's a glitch. You can't ever be too prepared.

Yes and I know how to use it. My dad taught us when we were young. He thought females should know how to use guns too. Gun ownership is common where I live. Everyone owns one and usually knows how to use one. It is a basic right that we enjoy in America. Learning to be safe is so important. Keeping it locked up away from young children is also important!

No way, I'm only 13 and I would never own a gun ever. My parents don't own one either. And even if I did own a gun, I might shoot somebody on accident. =| Yikes.

Yes. Charter Arms, Undercover, .38 Special. Usually loaded with +P semi-jacketed hollow points...just in case I ever need to use it.

I don't but my dad and brother in law does. He lives on a farm and he shoots the coyotes that come in there yard.
