Are you actually getting violations for them? Even though today's been OK, a couple days ago I had 5 Q's they said they took points for never show up and if they were violated I never got the notification.

Well honey, we've gonna bear with it. Sometimes Y!A received abuses complaints from users who dislike either the person, the question or is just to create trouble in the community. That's why these things always happen.

Yes, don't forget that yahoo is like a governing body watching over its forum. I will leave it to you to think about how effectively governments manage to put their polices into place.
I suppose it could be said that, as with any government, the ideal would be for it to be made up of sensible, rational people with a proper sense of judgment.
It would be nice to consider that Yahoo is like that wouldn't it?
