i have a very irregular menstrual cycle and have been put on provera (the pill) to be taken once every three months so that i can have my period. i have not gotten my period since june. i have heard that taking fertility blend can help to increase ovulation, but i was also wondering if i could take that and also take a prenatal vitamin. i am extremely frustrated and really want to be pregnant and i just feel like nothing is working. my hubby's been checked so i definitely know that it's me. any help would be lovely! thanks!

You can check with you ob/gyn and see what they say abt mixing the two pills. I have the same problem as you 2 yrs ago. The ob/gyn told me that my eggs are too small to conceive and subscribe me to fertility pills that don't work on me by the way. One thing I know is that stress and pressure into wanting to get pregnant reduces the chances of conceiving. Just enjoy making love to your husband without thinking abt trying to get pregnant and after sex, elevate your legs on top of a few pillows and rest for at least 30mins. This really helps. Also, try not to have sex regularly. Having sex regularly reduces sperm count. Try elevating the legs.. it works!! I know coz I got pregnant 2 months after doing the routine and as a result, I gave birth to a healthy baby girl in June!! Take it easy and enjoy the moment!!

Yes, it is fine to use Fertility Blend with Prenatal Vitamins, just don't take the Provera with the Fertility Blend. Take the Provera, when your period starts, begin the Fertility Blend.
Also, some other natural things you may want to look into are: Vitex, Soy Isoflavones, Natural Progesterone Cream.
