We all know most people in the northern part of the earth is wealthier than most people in the southern part of the earth..
When taking a closer look, north america is wealthier than south america.
Even a closer look, north of the united states is wealthier than south of the united states.
Even closer, northside or uptown of most cities is wealthier than the southside or downtown.
Is Astrology real? or is this just another coinsidence?

Q #2 Why are the people north of most cities, states, countries, continents, and earth mostly light skinned and the south mostly toned or dark skinned?

What you should read is Jared Diamond's "Guns, Germs and Steel," This explains why the Europeans conquered the world and not natives of the Americas. The book has won the Pulitzer Prize, been translated into 25 languages and sold millions of copies around the world. Part of the reason is that germs from Europe (like smallpox) devastated the American natives.
Astrology has nothing to do with it.

In answer to Q #1, I really have no idea.
To Q #2, I do have an answer for you, people originating from more northern areas of the world had less exposure to sunlight than those from more equatorial regions, therefore as man evolved, those that lived in northern areas such as europe didn't produce as much melanin (the stuff that makes skin darker), because they didn't need as much protection from the sun as someone from, say, Africa would have.

.The first inhabitants of the south were probably not full of melamine bc, the climate has changed alot on many parts of the earth during the history of mankind (and starts to change again).
.A few animal species like the black panther produce more melamine than the other species.

Ok this isn't astrological. The answer is because of the equator. Its hotter south of the equator, resulting in deeper skin tones.
