She can be in the other room and hear it and just go crazy! Please help!!!!!!

Apart from making it wear ear muffs LOL, there's nothing you can do! The dog doesn't know that the animal is on TV. What is a TV to a dog? It doesn't understand technology. What really happens is, your dog knows what certain common animals sound like, when they are outside of the home and close by. They can distinguish the sound that enters through windows, doors and walls. However, when the dog hears an animal on TV, it appears that the animal is very close to the house and that is why the dog barks and goes crazy. Your dog is going into defensive mode. It wants to warn off the other animal and defend it's territory. Try taking the dog to the TV and keep it by the speaker, whenever it hears an animal. The dog will learn that the sound is coming from the box and poses no threat. Your dog will get to a point where it no longer pays any attention to the sounds or the TV.
