Aghhhh, I'm losing my hair, what shall I do?

I was losing my hair too a few months ago and loads came out :\ I went to the hairdressers and he said its normal as long as there isn't any bald patches. Apparently you have 4 years of growth and a year of loss on and off. Anyhoo I had a trim to make it look thicker and its fine now. Try not to stress because it can make it worse. You will be fine :)

I'm going through the same thing at the moment. I think its due to stress. I really feel for you because I know what you are going through and its really worrying and stressful.

You should go to your GP to get blood tests done just in case you have an iron deficiency or something else that may be causing the hair loss.

Take multivitamins, drink lots of water and eat healthy. Also, don't use heat products like hairdryers or hair straighteners a lot.

It depends on the pattern of your loss. There are perhaps 3 common types of hair in women. Male pattern baldness, this can be helped by the local application of minoxidil, as with males. Thinning, which occasionally due to under active thyroid which your GP can check. Finally alopecia arreata, round patches of baldness, with normal pink scalp skin in the patches. This is auto immune, and good news, although there is absolutely no treatment, ( despite what you might be told!) This almost always gets better on ts own.

I have the same problem, its natural no chemicals, when I come it, it comes out by strands.

I have been worrying recently so I think that could be it.

I am taking vitamins to probably help it, try and eat more protein as well.
