You probably have a short - check your fuses, if your fuses are all ok then you need to take it to a mechanic, it could be a bad circuit board.
You can find the fuse locations in your owner's manual. The manual should also detail which one you need to pull and replace. It will probably be referred to as the "Instrument Cluster".

That is a much easier conversion than the 24V(ISB) engine as it will run without a computer. You would have to get the suspension from a 2500 that had a diesel in order to hold up the 1100 pound engine.

there is a speed sensor in the rear end of your truck that activates your speed odometer now the other electrical stuff sounds like a different problem but i would have your speed sensor in the rear end changed that normally turns of the abs light and you will be able to see your speed again

check all the fuses in this one, with that many things out at one time i would be looking for a blown fuse,on the speedometer you might have a bad speed sensor on it causing this to happen,if you don't find it have a shop take a look at it for you, they might be able to better diagnose it for you, good luck on it.

Sounds to me like the fuse for the dash board is blown, or a faulty wire. Check out both of those.

Sounds like your dash system needs to be replaced. My dodge neon had the same problem. I guess it's common. All you can do is take it to the shop, and make sure you check to see if there is a recall about it, then you can get it fixed for free.

Check the fuse box. Could be an instrument fuse out. If not it could be a chip someplace.

Bad speed sensor. I doubt it is a fuse.

It sounds like your speedometer cable is either loose or needs to be replaced completely.

check your fuses, and your cables going in to the back of the instrument panel, one of them may have came loose.
