The only home remedy I have ever heard of for mildew that won't ruin your clothes is washing them with detergent and Lemon Ammonia, not a cup a bottle. It's inexpensive and guess what, it works.

Try putting a scoop of Oxyclean along with liquid clothes soap in the load and use hot or warm water. You can get the oxy at wally world.

Add a cup of Borax along with the detergent to the wash to freshen it up.
That will get rid of the smell and it will brighten your clothes.

If bleach will not hurt them, try a little in the wash cycle. Also, when in the dryer, use a dryer sheet to freshen them up.

It could actually be your water source. My boyfriend has well water and it is hard for him to keep the sulfur smell out of his clothes without using plenty of fabric softener.

have u ever thought of sticking a dryer sheet in iwth your cloths then u put them in the dresser or maby wash them with baking soada good luck
