Jesse McCartney is better, I think. I went to see Drake Bell in concert, and he isn't as good as Jesse McCartney. He has a good voice, but his songs aren't that good, whereas Jesse McCartney has a good voice and good songs.

Jesse, Drake isn't cute to me. At all. Actually, I prefer Josh Peck.......
Both make kinda crappy music, though.
