I like Isabelle better but both Isabelle and Isabella are super common right now, so I think for that reason Annabelle is a smarter choice. I'd shorten it up a bit and spell it Anabell - Short,sweet, and to the point - I'm sure it won't be mispronounced anymore than the other spelling would be.

I think that they are both pretty.
If how common a name is and the chance that other children in school will have it are factors in your decision, check out the info below. I found it on baby center...
Isabella was the number 5 most popular name last year and Isabelle was number 34. Annabelle wasn't on the list. So if you're looking for a less common name I'd probably pick Annabelle. If your looking for a more common name then I'd probably pick Isabelle.
Although, how common a name is may not be a factor in your decision....
