I don't know if it exists anywhere, but I do know that most lesbian porn isn't made with women in mind, it's made by men, for men, and what man is honestly aroused by a butch lesbian? They want feminine, they want to see women with long nails touching each other, despite the fact that I don't know any lesbians who are into long nails like you see in the porn movies.
It would be great to see some butch women in lesbian porn, and there are porn movies made by women for women, it's just a matter of looking. Can't help you find any, but I know it's out there!

But, to answer your general questions, well, it's hard to find butch lesbians in porn for several reasons. The first, of course, is that most lesbian porn is marketed at men, and men, on a general whole, do not want to see real lesbians, but rather a fantasy lesbian- feminine, into other feminine women, who likes soft, foreplay-like sex. And it's hard enough to get women to be big porn consumers the way men are- even porn marketed at straight women often doesn't do too well, commercially, simply because it's hard to get the female demographic to purchase porn, for whatever reason. And hence real lesbian porn, which is an even smaller demographic, just gets left behind. And finally, yes, it might have something to do with the butches themselves. While many might like to do porn, finding butches who are willing to be topless and/or naked, and who are willing to bottom. Call it pride or body self-consciousness or unbending masculinity, but many butches simply don't rise to the task.
