He is a fine actor. deserved and oscar for goodfellas and copland. Not to mention sylvester stallone deserved one. anyone got new pics of ray or know how hes doing? why is he underrated?

He is a good actor, and just like the other posters said he is in movies with bigger actors! Also, I think if the movies does not make a lot of money they probably think either it no good or the actors cant act!

I agree with you he one of the best actors. Awards usually go to the more popular actor. Isn't Ray Liotta doing tv now?

Yes, he's very good. I don't think he got the quality movie offers that he deserved after his great Goodfellas performance.
He was in the Wild Hogs movie that just came out on DVD, but I wish he'd be in another great role like Henry Hill.

He is awesome but since he is a character actor, he cares about the roles rather than the Hollywood look of a film. Which I totally respect him for. I mean, come on, could you see anyone else playing Henry Hill??

Well, I noticed he was in Wild Hogs last night.. but he really hasn't done much that I've noticed lately..
I always thought he was awesome..I don't know why he doesn't get credit for it.. I always noticed that with D.B. Sweeney as well..
