I have had them tied for alomst 4 years no and I would like to have just one more child, I do not want to untie them because I am scared of the surgery again. Anyone know what other options I might have?

You have two options. You can try a tubal reversal or In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Neither is covered by insurance because you voluntarily were sterilized. The only exceptions are if you were sterilized due to a serious inherited disease or cancer treatment. Either way, it's going to be very costly. The tubal reversal is between $3,000 to $8,000 with a 90% success rate. However, 60% of pregnancies are ectopic, so the take-home baby rate is much smaller. IVF is certainly doable and I would hazard a guess that it's around $10-15,000 today in the US. I know it's less costly than 4 years ago (last woman I knew personally who had IVF). You can bring the cost down even further with shared procedures (donating eggs you won't be using for women who need donated eggs).

You can have in-vitro fertilization done but that costs alot of money. I also had my tubes tied and just this last June had them undone. My husband and I are ttc right now. It really is more cost effective to have the surgery and get the tubal reversal than to do in-vitro but if you are more worried about surgery and have the extra cash to do the in-vitro you can still get pregnant that way even if your tubes are tied. I live in Wisconsin and had my tubal reversal done in Florida. Below is the link if you would like to look into it. Hope this information helps you and good luck in the future.

InVitro Fertilization. But it requires a minor surgery to retrieve the eggs. It is expensive--$10,000-15,000 per cycle.

IVF is your only option then. Or adoption of course.
