i HATE shopping.

A human friend has the intelligence to persuade you and convince you not to go shopping, a guard dog has strength and intimidation, which I doubt the dog would use because the dog isn't trained to restrain you from shopping. So yeah, I would pick a friend to restrain me.
If the guard dog was trained too restrain from entering a shopping centre, I would go with the bog because dogs are really loyal to what they do, and a friend could let you down becuase you can persuade a friend and beg them to let you in - dogs cant understand english, so theres no way you can.

Neither can stop me...I would trust my own intuition, needs and desires and go shopping as an activity, as an opportunity to meet new people, an opportunity to show off the last new items I'm wearing and ofcourse so I can buy the new items I need.

Hahaha. I think a true friend would be less dangerous. If your true friend knows that maybe ur tight on budget or whatever, she will restrain you from shopping...so you have to state your REASON. but if you really like it and looks really good on you, your true friend will encourage you to buy as it is right. =)

I'd go shopping for a dog. Then I'd have top shop for a trainer, dog toys, dog food, dog treats...
