right now,the new york yankees.yes the red sox have the best
record in baseball but the yankees r the hottest team right now and they have the best record in mlb since the all star break.the team that has the best record in baseball is not always the best team in baseball

I'm a diehard Yankees fan, but I have to admit that the Red Sox have the better team this year. Although we have done well lately against inferior competition, you have to take it for what it was, playing decent ball for the first time all year against the worst teams in the league. I hate to say it, but the Red Sox are the best.

In my opinion it is the Red Sox...they have the best record in baseball and will probably finish with the best record...I could see them winning it all this year.

boston red sox are the best!!!!! they have the best record. they have the best pitching. they're offense can do better because papi and manny arent contributing as much as they did last year so lowell has to do everything. we also have the best bullpen with delcarmen, okajima, gagne, and papelbon. so yes, red sox are the best.
