A Buddy of Mine had major head surgery following a Bike Accident.
I have traveled all over the World with That Dude and he has never triggered any alarms with the Titanium plate in his head!
His Belt Buckle has , Many times!

Nothing really as long as you explain why you have a plate in your head. That's just if they ask or detect something.

I have a cousin who has a steel hip and he sets the
bells ringing every time he goes through the detector gate.
Then he has to be searched and all his luggage is searched,
happens every time so expect the same.
