yeah, he is...it's just that he's slightly overrated...with a little playing time and some luck, he'll be a good player...

It's way to early to tell if he will be good or not. I really think he has the tools and the experience to be a descent nfl quarterback. I am sick of hearing about the lsu-notre dame game. You can't judge off of one game, and too many people are. thats how russell became the #1 pick. LSU has NFL talent defense, so to see quinn struggle showed he has work ahead of him. But russell lighting up a notre dame defense isnt really any feat, an average michigan state team scored 37 points against that defense!

Well obviously he's a good quarterback. He started for a big name D1 program and got drafted in the first round.
The question should be "Is he an NFL-quality quarterback."
Judging from past performances in big games, I would guess he probably won't be a superstar. He'll probably have a few starting seasons, put up middling numbers, and get out of the game.

He wasn't a "great" college Quarterback, but we don't know if he will develop into a great or even a decent NFL Quarterback, we'll have to wait and see.

Brady Quinn was highly over rated and the NFL knew it. Then he held out for more money. He just don't get it. He reminds me of another over rated Notre Dame QB by the name of Ron (happy feet) Pawlus.

I really think he'll be a better NFL player than he was a College player. He's probably more ready for the NFL than other rookie QBs.

I think he's a good quarterback, yes. But I don't think he's as good a quarterback as everyone else seems to think...

Nope, he's a fraud - overhyped and overrated, just like all of Notre Dame's players. Do you wonder why he fell so far in the draft? Scouts see things a lot better than you or me.

I think he was the steal of the draft and a lot of teams are going to regret not taking him when they had a chance.
