I've asked myself the same question before, and I believe the answer is, yes.

Long before Voy reaches Kakistoca, mankind should develop near-light-speed space travel, or come up with some exotic physics that even Einstein couldn't forsee that allows for FTL travel, and retrieve the Voyagers for museums.

That would be kinda cool, wouldn't it? I'm sure we'll have more advanced propulsion, maybe even figure out wormholes by then. (Assuming our species survives.) We could have someone there waiting to catch it and put it in a museum! Aside from being a dead spacecraft by then, it should still be in pretty good shape!
