Her mother's only been in the ground for 4 days, she's already bought a new car and started moving into her mother's house, forcing her younger brother to move out. I feel awful for him, but I don't EVER want to cross paths with her again...

Not at all, in fact I would make sure I cut way outside of the lines just to make sure she had no way back it. However, before doing so I would very blatantly explain to her in front of the rest of the family exactly why you are doing so. I have an aunt like her and so thoroughly enjoyed finally putting her into her place after my grandmother passed away.

Not at all ... I did that with mine because she is an evil and really mean spirited person. Why is her little brother letting her do this? He should have as much right to his mothers things as she does. Was there a will? If not he can fight because he should get half. Tell him not to just let her take over ... she has NO right to do that. If he gets a lawyer he could also make her pay for his legal expenses by selling the house or some of the mothers belongings.
If your cousin is really that bad then why don't you help her brother with this. Encourage him to fight for what is rightfully his. She needs to learn that you can't go through life using and abusing people. He may even be able to get some free legal help if he is low income. Tell him to look into it... help him if at all possible.
Remember ... we can't choose our family unfortunately. This is why God gave us the ability to choose out friends! =) Let her go ... unless she changes her ways I wouldn't want a negative person like that in my life either!
Best of luck!

Well, she sounds like a treat. Is she always like this or is this new behavior? I'm asking because people grieve in different ways. Maybe her mom's death shocked her so that she went nuts and bought a car and kicked her bro out of her mom's house. Why don't you wait and see what she's like in a few months before you cut her out of your life. Besides, nothing you mentioned directly affects you.

Greedy! Geesh...be done with her!
Send her these words:
Life can be lonely
When all you have are your possessions
Greed becomes your main obsession
Just take it slowly
If what you want ain't what you need
You've become a victim of your greed
