hey guys. um i turnn it on and it says DELL and then it has a loading bar. well it loads alll the way until the end. and then it just freezes and nothing happens. its a brand new computer. maybe a year old. andd i havent loaded anything new on it. its been the same. please help me. my parents spent a lot of money on it and i really need it to work! pleaseeeeeee help would be grea.t thanks!

Maybe a year old is not brand new.
What do you mean by nothing happens?

My not be a good one...but if you haven't loaded anything yet and if you have no files saved and don't care if anything saved are lost...you just can simply format it with the cds manufacturer has given you. If its under one year it should be under warranty too...check before you format.
Load the cd and then start the laptop, to run the cds....Cds should be very easy to run,,,just keep clicking next and pick all default options it should format and reinstall your operating system like windows XP or Vista.
