I loaned someone my cellphone to use, and now I can't get the smell of their soap/cologne off of the phone.

I have already tried rubbing alcohol, and Windex multipurpose cleaner. Anything anyone can suggest would be a great help...

Try sealing it up in a Tupperware container with some newspaper. The carbon in the newsprint will absorb odors, in a way similar to baking soda, but in a less messy way.

I think that the best thing to do is to light candles or spray a room with room deodarizer/air freshener and let it just there. Cover it with stuff that smells like you..it has to just set in. Worse comes to worse try replacing the cover ;)
