You know this is a really stupid question to ask.

If you had the test, then ask the person that sent you for the test. Don't be such a fricken moron.

I don't think there is anything that can really improve sluggish motility. Although 20% is better than nothing isn't it? Sounds like there could be a fertility issue here and I recommend you consult someone about IVF if you wish to become pregnant. Put it this way, it isn't the best reading for someone who would like to conceive naturally. I know, I have been through a similar thing. I am 41 now and have no children.

Well my husband and I passed all the tests with flying colors, and didn't conceive for over a year. We finally decided to try clomid and it worked the first time. I think it can benefit you even though you are ovulating because it gives you an exact window of when to try - other methods aren't as precise. Its up to you though. I know I got like hot flashes when I took the clomid, but it was so worth it. Our son turned out just beautiful. I am now pregnant with baby #2 without any help/meds, and got pregnant right off the start.

Cosult an ayurvedic practitioner and start taking spemen/semento tablets twice daily along with one tablet of Chandra Prabha bhatti in the morning. In three months, not only the count will go up but their motility would also improve.

It can be improved. In ayurveda, there are two medicines. One is Shatavari and the second is ashwagandha. Take both the pills two each twice a day with milk. Along with this, drink Indian Mulberry fruit jucie twice a day with water on empty stomach. It may require about 3 to 6 months and then go for a semen test.

Tell your hubby to wear boxers, not briefs! The briefs keep the sperm home too close to the body heat which will affect the motility. Too much heat on the boys is NOT a good thing. Switch to boxers, keep the boys cool, and you will see a rise in motility! Good luck!

well i earlier had seen a program on discovery channel
and they said that in a normal man the average rate of production of sperms is in crores per day.
So in my view if your husband regularly exercise and be a fit man the active sperms will also increase.

Don't know much about sperm count, but he should be active. By maximizing his health, he will maximize his reproductive function. It will also up his testosterone, boosting his libido and your chances of becoming pregnant.

Your part is go to the gym and exercise so you have the body that will attract your husband and give him you know . . the urge to sow, so to speak.
