Yes they are... try Target, Best Buy, Sears, and even Lowes (not surprisingly at Lowes it is located where the ceiling fans are). Cheers!

Walmart has all kinds of small battery operated fans. Also Home Depot, Target, and Lowes Home improvement store

Yes, but they are small. Pet supply companies sell them for use attached to dog crates when traveling with your pets. A fan requires too much energy for batteries.

I have had them before and some work real well, I don't remember where I found them but try Home Depot or a place similar

they sell some at Wal*Mart, they are about 9 inches or so??
