physically, i think cutting my fingernails lol.
When I started taking up guitars, my nails were all too long for me to properly finger the strings, so I had to gradually cut it deeper and deeper each time, forcing it and boy it hurts. It paid off though.
Sometimes I thinks I'm crazy. other times I know I'm crazy.
