I drive 32 miles to work. This morning I shut the engine off and I hear a loud bubbling buzzing sound. I open the hood and discover it's coming from the plastic water-overflow bottle. It is full to capacity and water is boiling. The temperature reads normal. My A/C works well, but these past few days, it will stop blowing air for about 20 seconds or so then it will kick back up. Can anyone trouble shoot with me.

The more likely cause is your radiator cap is bad.

Please make sure you have enough radiator coolant before driving the car.

The radiator cap is suppose to hold pressure and keep the coolant in your radiator. The spring in the radiator cap has weakened.

Get a new radiator cap for the car and replace it. DO THIS ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS COOL! And make sure you have enough coolant in your radiator.

The other possibility is your thermostat is stuck closed. Does your temperature sensor in your car end up in the red zone? If it does, don't drive the car, until you have the thermostat replaced.

As the other person said: Replace the radiator pressure cap and test the system by driving again.
If the problem persists have the cooling system pressure checked by a dealer or an independent mechanic who has the pump tool needed. It looks like a small bicycle air pump with a pressure gage and short plumed hose with a radiator pressure cap on the end. This allows the mechanic to to pressurize the entire cooling system. If it holds the appropriate pressure for an extended time your system has no internal or external leakage. If for some reason the pressure bleeds off quickly there may be a head gasket problem or a leak in the intake manifold cross-over water/antifreeze passage.
In any event a major repair may be necessary.
