I hope I do not offend you, but I personally think all three names are terrible. Why not go with something a little more traditional? Keep in mind this child will someday be a teenager and after that a man. Are Liam, Cian or Kieran really names that you would would want him to carry for the rest of his life?

I love both Liam and Cian but Liam gets my vote because I Cian might cause pronunciation issues with some people.

I think Liam is the best. Just for the record, I grew up with a guy named Kieran, and in Elementary School he got teased and everyone called him "Karen." I think he went by his middle name after that....

The Best Boy Name is Trevor, Travis, or William. (or maybe Chris.) Out of Those I would say Liam. But I don't really like any of them. They are all kinda unique. Kieran sounds cute though... I don't know.

Liam or Cian but I would spell it Kyen, or Kyan (or maybe Kian) instead. .... I think the "K" makes it more masculine and I like the other spellings better personally
If you like Kyan - you might like the name I am picking for my boy - which will be Koen - German name and means Brave and Gallant. I also like Cade which is that similar style too
Dislike Kieran - I think of Karen
