Almost all of that money is going to be spent on US weapons.

In other words it is going right back into the American economy.

On top of it it allows the US to sell weapons to Saudi Arabia and make money off of that.

In the end America makes a lot of money, and the Middle East becomes more dangerous.

Not only are we giving away money, but we're taking sides in a war that has been waging for years between Israel and Palestine. We've done it before, were doing it again, and I really don't think its going to solve much. But, hey, what's another 30 billion dollars? Its not like our trillions of dollars of debt is going to hinder us in any way. I really don't think its wise for us to send money to anyone right now that isn't going to directly help us and support us. But, that's just me.

When you become a member of congress and sit on the house appropriations committee dont worry about federal expenditures, I doubt you contributed very much to that $30 billion. Just worry about your own budget.
