i do body building and dont eat and thing like those stuff that are available in market so tell me usefull things that should be goood for the energy level etc for exercise

try a variety of different coloured veggies like purple (eggplants and purple berries), beets; red veg like radishes; orange veg like carrots; green veg like cabbages, shallots, brocolli, beans and never forget spinach and other fleshy leaves. Top it all off with green tea or oolong tea.

Do try and eat wild game about twice a week. It will bring you legendary strength.

Twice a week do tai-chi and/or Qi-gong. There are books and DVDs for both forms of internal relaxation.

Before bed every day have a mild infusion of chamomile tea.
