Since I just got back from a call where I had to help the ambulance crew get a 600 pound parient up a flight of stairs and into their ambulance - I would have to say REALLY OVERWIEGHT. When we laid the person down to get them up the stairs - he could hardly breathe and was drowning on the fluid in his lungs.

The risks of being underweight come fast, while being overweight happens over a long time. People think being underweight is worse because there are not many underweight people (by choice). People think that if you're overweight, you don't care about your health and you just like to eat. They're both equally bad for you.

I think both are very awful and have fatal risks and consiquenses (sp?) but i think i would probably say underweight because if you arnt eatting you arnt giving your body any nutrients or fluids and eventually your body will shut down. Your slowly killing yourself but then again that goes for being overweight you could be so big you put strain on your heart and your lungs and then your whole body because of the mass... actually now im not so sure....

In my opinion both of them because , when your underweight you really arent healthy and you can get really sick with no neautrens etc if im correct... And when your overweight you're obeiz i guess. So i'd stay with being normal.

Being overweight is worse; being underweight can make you malnourished and weak, but being overweight leads to heart attacks, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
