Question about writing a business letter?

When creating the salutation, if I want it to be nosexist, would I capitalize all words in the salutation? I.E. - Dear Sir or Madam, or To Whom It May Concern, or Dear Valued Customer?

'Dear Sir' or 'Dear Sirs' should be fine!
