I have several close friends that just happen to be swans and, yes, infidelity is a problem with some of the flock.

Swans that cheat, however, and generally male and are known to female swans as "scumbags", "pondyuck", and/or, "moldybreadonthelakebottom".

This is all very sad because swans cannot qualify to be marriage counselors at the present time so they have no one to turn to for help.

Strange question. (Try not to mix cereal with coffee - it can lead to posting an infinite number of questions of this type.)

No sadly for the ladies...swans practice infidelity. Consider the myth "busted". This is a great question though!

LESLEY C & Ladylady4470 signify the typical ignorance of the unwashed masses of the American female population.

One of the reasons that most American women no longer appeal to me is their aggressive brutish and beastial ignorance. They seem to feel entitled to be sexist gender biased buffoons.

Most could stand to lose a few pounds too.

While there are now lots and lots of research data busting the myth of avian fidelity I've included one decent one below.

Eagles mate for life also, and if one of them dies, the other never takes another mate.

I guess nature is more perfect. Geese don't cheat either. People have alot to learn and might start by reading the bible.

No they don't. We know that threw observation, same way wer know what we know about people.
It's because animals use sex to procreate and nothing more. It has more meaning to people, I believe. Could be, too, that animals are not influenced by evil. Humans are. I dunno......

Animals cheat, period. It's in their nature. If you're an animal, you're going to cheat, although it's not called cheating with them, it's instinct.
