It's OK to loose your virginity with whomever as long as you are sure this is what you want for your first time. There is no set of preconditions, as long as you are totally comfortable with your choice (it should be YOUR choice). If you are having doubts...don't do it.

Depends how old you are? And i probley wouldnt suggest it cuz your friendship might not be as good as it was.
